REFUNDS POLICY

NEW & USED ITEMS CONDITIONS:

• New items purchased on our website or in store are eligible for return as listed below.  Returns are EASY.  Just call or email us for details.  Alternatively, you can leave a message for us on the website.  

• Keep in mind, most of our new and used inventory is available on our sales floor at our physical location, for our customers to test out  before they purchase.  Items are still new with full manufacturer warranty, but some items may have been tested at our store

• Used items are only eligible if the item is not as described.  Please ask, if you have any questions, or you would like additional photos BEFORE you make your purchase.  

• Any item you would like to return must be requested by email or phone within 3 days of receipt.  Voicemail is not acceptable. Please make sure that if you call that you speak with a human being to process your return.  Do not return an item without contacting us first. 

• Items being returned must be in the exact same condition as received and must include original packaging. 

• You need to tell us why you wish to return the item.  Damaged items need to be reported to the transporter (e.g., UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and other such couriers) so insurance will effectively cover the damage incurred.  If you receive a damaged item please take photos of the item, and contact us immediately. 

• Items being returned for any other reason, other than the item not being as described, or if you received the wrong item will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, as well as all shipping costs incurred to and from our store.

• Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used.
